Label Editor

This is an Editor to adjust the labeling created by DeepLabCut

You will need to install Anaconda with Python 3.6, after installing Anaconda, you should install the following packages

conda install numpy h5py pandas tqdm
pip install pyqt5 qtpy pyqtgraph opencv-python

Simply clone the the directory to your folder

Go to the LabelEditor folder, and type in

python3 main.py
