Initial AsciiDoc conversion

I created the 2021q1 folder with the _index.adoc.
In this file we should use the "include" macro to add the different projects and create one report file.
Also I removed the docbook -> MD tools. We don't need this tools anymore.

This is an initial draft of what IMHO should be the reports with Hugo/AsciiDoc.
Maybe we can start thinking about integrate this repository in the doc/ repo.

Thank you so much for this, it's going to ease the process immensely.

Migrating this to cgit.f.o/doc is probably going to wait for the next status report, since I wanna be sure that it's the right thing to do - part of the reason for picking github for this work in particular is that it enables receiving pull requests from people outside of the project.
This means that if we migrate things, we need to be sure to properly communicate that this is happening, and that we have a workflow in place to present to people.

In order to track this, I've created an issue: #324
