Port Control Protocol (PCP) is the successor to NAT-PMP and has similar protocol concepts and packet formats, but adds IPv6 support.

https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/miniupnp.tuxfamily.org reports that new WWW doesn't work.

@rosorio Thank you for reporting this. Can a daemon update from 2.3.3 to 2.3.6 be included in the same PR?
