This repo consists of data retrieving function from a dataset

there are 4 functions

-getstatecode.py :: gets the state code of the state entered

-getstateconffrm-recovry.py :: gets the no of (confirmed-recovered) cases in the state

-getstateresorce.py :: gets the resources available in the respective states

-getstatezone.py :: gets the zones of each districts(red.green etc)
