Roll Tags will indicate if a Skill Roll is trained, has ranks, and has proficiency (or lack thereof).

This adds Roll Tags to all Skills:
When a skill is rolled, there are three possible tags: Proficient/Not Proficient, Trained Only, and Trained/Untrained. They will show up if the skill has those tags. This also adds in the possibility for other roll tags to be passed along by other systems, if needed.
TBH, they probably need better styling, but it works just fine like this.
