Code to estimate the local Wallinga Teunis effective reproductive number.
This code contains functions that are used to estimate time-varying reproductive numbers across demographic or spatial strata, allowing for interaction between the strata.
Also contained within is code to generate figures for a paper that estimates the reporductive number of TB for the US using CDC data. The data is not shareable, but the code is provided here in case it is of interest. The paper is submitted for publication.
