feat: add konsole color schemes #128

This adds a color scheme for Konsole terminal emulator.

Though, I am not sure how to add this to generation modules, since I need to transform HEX RGB value to numbered RGB.

We still need the template, since all extra files are genearted based on the theme.

If you're willing to create a template similar to the other extra modules, I can then write the code to properly format the RGB values.
