Jenkins for documentation build?

In the workshop, we're running into readthedocs build limits because we're using actual data. Can we set up a similar workflow to build our documentation on the Flatiron cluster using Jenkins? Would have to decide what our domain/host should be and would want to have separate subdomains (ideally) for PR builds.
