This repository provides the methodology and data accompanying the manuscript 'outbreaker2: a customisable tool for outbreak reconstruction' submitted to BMC Bioinformatics. To load the data, run the simulations yourself or recreate the figures from the manuscript, open the 'script.R' file in R and follow the instructions in the file.
