Lilith, the first wife of Adam, is the progenitor of mankind. The seed of Lilith, the black moon collided onto Earth some 4 billion years ago, bringing with it the second seed of life, ultimately culminating in the creation of mankind.
It came from Evangelion.
Or maybe it was Shamiko's Mesopotamian ancestor, Lilith.
Or maybe it was a reference to the now-defunct workstation.
