  • Mozilla Developer Network - https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/ The Mozilla Developer Network is the go to resource for learning web technologies including: Web standards such as CSS, HTML, and JavaScript and Open Web app development.

  • Can I Use - http://caniuse.com "Can I use" is a free website that provides up-to-date browser support tables for support of front-end web technologies on desktop and mobile web browsers. A highly useful website for web developers to check to see which browsers the latest techniques are supported in!

  • CSS Tricks https://css-tricks.com/ CSS-Tricks is the ultimate website for front end developers what started back in 2007 as CSS website it's now become a site about all things web design and development. A great resources for developers and designers a like, this is a good place to start.

  • Codepen - http://codepen.io/ CodePen is a playground for the front end side of the web. It's all about inspiration, education, and sharing. Fenders founder Mandy Michael thinks Codepen is the best thing since CSS. If you want to see what cool things other people in the industry are doing Codepen is the place to go.

  • Codesandbox - https://codesandbox.io/ CodeSandbox is an online editor that helps you create web applications, from prototype to deployment. CodeSandbox specifically focuses on web application development to make the experience as smooth as possible. Just open your browser and start coding.

  • Codrops - http://tympanus.net/codrops Codrops is a web design and development blog that publishes articles and tutorials about the latest web trends, techniques and new possibilities. Often a source of inspiration from developers wanting to experiment, Codrops is the place you'll find the latest cool experiments on the web.

  • Codyhouse - https://codyhouse.co CodyHouse is a free library of ready-to-use and easy-to-customize code snippets using HTML, CSS and Javascript. Much like Codrops Codyhouse offers a heap of useful code snippets with walkthroughs on how to implement, a great source of inspiration as well as ready to use code.

  • Smashing Magazine - https://www.smashingmagazine.com Founded in September 2006, Smashing Magazine delivers useful and innovative information to Web designers and developers. Smashing mag has all the latest trends and techniques in Web development a great resource for finding what's new in the web.

  • Stack Overflow Stack Overflow helps developers solve coding problems, if you have a problem, it's probably on Stack Overflow.
