I met the problem when building Unity app in Android platform with FB sdk version 7.10.1. ``` Error: The prefix "tools" for attribute "tools:overrideLibrary" associated with an element type "uses-sdk" is not bound. ``` Added this line solves the problem reference : https://answers.unity.com/questions/1355793/error-while-saving-blame-file.html So I want to share the bug and solution here.

I met the problem when building Unity app in Android platform with FB sdk version 7.10.1.
After I refered to the link bellow and added this attribuite in manifest, the build process complete successfully.
