Other tips

Here are some other useful commands I like to use:

Pretty git lg

git config --global alias.lg "log --color --graph --pretty=format:'%Cred%h%Creset -%C(yellow)%d%Creset %s %Cgreen(%cr) %C(bold blue)<%an>%Creset' --abbrev-commit --"

Import GPG Keys

Import your GPG keys using https://www.phildev.net/pgp/gpg_moving_keys.html

Then sign all commits with the key:

git config --global commit.gpgsign true
