Add information to README about bee-js submodule requirement

Remove redundant language selectors from User Documentation

In most cases the Typescript / Javascript codeblock language selectors
shared the same exact code snippets.

For these cases, the redundant language selector control and duplicate
code snippets have been removed.

Thank you for the contribution! I kinda like to keep the language selectors everywhere for consistency but you are not the first one to complain :)

@trentrand sorry I think you misunderstood. I am happy to merge this. Could you change the commits to be compliant with the conventional commits ?

Sure thing! I amended the commit subjects to follow conventional commit format.
