Server-side issue (primarily) that should be taken care of sooner rather than later. This would prevent abuse, allow for easier integration with external clients post-Flash, better implementation, etc. Will probably write a Sopel bot to do it, that should be easiest (unless ElementalAlchemist/txircd/issues/150 turns out well).
