Includes ad hoc ETC Atlantis and Agharta State- and Difficulty tests filled with multigeth.
Runs NDJSON test file generated with multigeth, including tests for ETC forks Atlantis and Agharta.

Demos that State and Difficulty tests I generated for ETC Atlantis and Agharta with multigeth are passing on this client too.
Not necessary to merge, since it seems a little shaky to make
meowsbits/teststhe actual tests submodule remote, but just an FYI to show that as far as these extended tests are concerned, it seems to be working OK. 馃憤
