Hello,

Sorry for the late reply.

The definition of X509IssuerName within IssuerSerial element is applicable only for old XAdES format before EN 319 132-1. Adding new options for a deprecated feature is redundant. Would it be possible for you to create the XAdES signatures conformant with the never specification using IssuerSerialV2 element instead?
