OpenAlex integration

Major changes:

• Replaces deprecated Microsoft academic knowledge API for new OpenAlex API. We also now use the OpenAlex API for both keyword and DOI searches, removing the need for separate calls to the DOI API.

Minor changes:

• Adds color theme picker

Demo Mode

Adds a demo mode to try out features before making an account. Also includes:

• better mobile formatting
• a tour of features for new users
