This release mainly merges the Epoptes improvements that were implemented as part of GSoC 2023 (#204). Due to the large number of changes it needs testing before getting deployed in production and it might not get uploaded to Debian until the next 24.01 release.

It's the first official release that ships upstream .rpm packages and is firewall-friendly!
