Also, remove depricated values from YAML field and add code identifiers and code blocks where necessary. Modify some content in insights that are outdated or written for older version of the app

Archive insights from Dummy - workout in these topics:

Reason:
Notion task of finding which insights can be used within the current content.
I read through these insights, found which ones have had their content re-written, and archived them.
I did not archive insights that we do not have in our content. They were moved after an appropriate place has been found within the live curriculum.
Also, I did not archive any games found as we might use them later on.
There are a couple of insights I wasn't sure what to do about that were also left alongside games in the same folder.
