This repository contains the R source code and the PNGs for all the figures included in the report:

Each folder contains a single figure following the numbering in the report (fXX for the figure XX). The six characters in the folder name can be ignored. All the code has been tested with R 3.4 and the following packages:

• tidyverse 1.3.0 (including dplyr 0.8.5, ggplot2 3.3.0, readr 1.3.1)
• lubridate 1.7.8
• patchwork 1.0.0
• sf 0.9.1
