Modern Belarusian Latin alphabet uses letter "ĺ" (l with acute accent) to represent the "soft l" (ль) sound. This letter was added in this release.
Installation instructions:
To install the layout, download the package for your operating system (.dmg for macOS, .zip for Windows) and run the installation.
On Windows, unzip Belarusian_Latin_v1.1.zip archive and run setup.exe.
