An IRC bot for posting RecentChanges to a MediaWiki site utilizing MediaWiki::Butt.
This bot can be configured using the config.yml file. Take a look at example_config.yml for an example. Setting the watchlist value to true will only send messages regarding changes to a user's watchlist.
