In codecovs 4.0 major release - they introduced breaking changes that requires a token: https://github.com/codecov/codecov-action/releases/tag/v4.0.0
A token can be retrieved using this method https://docs.codecov.com/docs/adding-the-codecov-token but einride doesn't have codecov installed in our github org so that would need some admin setup. There are other code coverage methods that could be used instead.
