Streamline built-ins update process #128

The idea is to simplify and automate the update process for built-ins in order to let us ideally update the built-ins for every release.
Steps would include:

  • Reviewing the doc for correctness and minimalism.
    • Consolidate doc in Wiki and in readme files => there needs to be a single "source of truth".
    • Create a single stream of instructions and move "optional" out of the main-path doc.
    • Generally review the doc for clarity: a new user should not have any questions
  • Automate creating the necessary IP tickets as much as possible.
  • Replace shell scripts with javascript: shell scripts don't work on Windows.
