Memory Inspector usability enhancements

As discussed during the last CDT Cloud meeting, I'd like to share some thoughts on potential usability enhancements for the Memory Inspector.

• Refresh window contents when pressing pressing Enter in Address, Offset, Length fields (see #57)
• Keep the options section visible when scrolling (see #57)
• Allow display configurations per Memory Inspector view instance #60
• Allow to freeze content of a memory view instance #70
• Improve styling / visual feedback for changing column sizes in memory view #71
• Ensure/verify expressions in address fields are sent to debug adapter as is.
• Improve naming and allow renaming of memory view instances #61
• Dynamically grow scrollbar/displayed range when reaching end of view instead of the need to click "Load more bytes below" (Extracted into Automatically append new memory window content when scrolling to bottom of available data #56)
• Allow periodic refresh, for example for architectures that allow debug memory access while CPU is running #91

Thanks for double-checking that, @planger ! Was briefly puzzled by the effective address change. But that actually is another indicator that it works well because the back-end expression engine successfully applied pointer arithmetic in this case. :-)
I'll tick that item off.
