vmupet

A v-pet for the Sega VMU

Roadmap

first test

  • (done) Get a pet sprite rendered
  • (done) Add sleep funcitonality
  • (done) Get some pauses in the loops to let the cpu breathe
  • (done) Get the pet sprite to animate and move
  • (done) Add a menu for feeding and training
  • (done) Title screen

Current To Do

  • Finish evolution and time code
  • (done) separate libperspective as git submodule
  • Clean up code
  • test random numbers
  • Set up sleep interrupts for important events, and make sure time is updating in sleep
  • Add care/feeding
  • Add monster sounds
  • Get artwork done for 1 line of evo's and create a second monster that's a plant

  • Add some stats for the pet
  • Add ways to train
  • Add more animations
  • Get death working
  • ???
  • Profit
