Adding Plotly

Plotly provides interactive plotting which is really nice especially when using pandas + plotly backend. Adding it to our environment.

Added conda constructor for the environment on mac os x.

This is the current earth analytics python environment that is tested on windows, mac and linux.

beta-release1

This is a beta release so we can associated a DOI with our efforts - particularly the environment file. We may decide to only use figshare for the YAML file but that means maintaining this file in two places which is not ideal.
