No More Spaghetti

This release implements the new Batch Tool and the vastly improved UI, which (gasp) gives you information about the project before thrusting you into the tools.
This required a lot of changes to older and badly-written spaghetti code. Hence the title: No More Spaghetti.
After this release, changes to the svgtojs project will be sparing and bugfix-oriented, though I might revisit it in the future to try my hand at a command line NodeJS utility version. Message me if you think you'd like this.
