  1. Deploy via GitHub actions 

    The deploy process is currently a developer (or someone with Ruby
installed) bottleneck.

Having a GitHub action do the building and deploying of any changes made
to the main branch will solve the issue and keep this repo inline with
other similar repos that we have.

  2. Compile script uses bundled gems 

    Previously the compile script needed to be ran using `bundle exec`
however we don't need to worry about that if we include the bundler
setup at the top of the script.
