Add a new
refreshAccessTokenmethod to theApiClient, addressing #281.Works exactly as the
generateAccessTokenwith the exception that it expects a refresh token instead of an authorization code.The test are not included because the existing tests for
generateAccessTokenare commented out as well (suggesting to me that these are not tested for some reason).
