Update crosstool-ng to 1.26 (Of the idea of #828 @VirtualTim ):

  • Glibc from 2.34 to 2.36*
  • Linux header from 5.14 to 6.1*
  • Binutils from 2.37 to 2.37*
  • GCC from 11 to 13**
  • Change CT_ARCH_TUNE to cortex-a72 for better perf on newer systems and not break compatibility with a53, a57 (like CT_ARCH_CPU)

*: Match to Debian bookworm
**: Newer than Debian bookworm

I will do more tests on the raspberry Pi 3 (if i find it), 4 and 5 with debian bookworm (Raspberry Pi OS 64 bit)
