Describe the bug
The links to the tickets in the 'My Tickets' view are created as absolute links. when the helpdesk is not installed
at the root of a site, the links are then broken.

After fixing the link it showed, that also the context help link is broken.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install django-helpdesk e.g. under the prefix /helpdesk and create a ticket.
  2. Go to 'My Tickets'
  3. Click on the link to view the ticket
  4. A "page not found" exception is thrown. The URL is /view/... instead of /helpdesk/view/...

Expected behavior

Ticket details are shown.
