Summary support

Adds a new command line argument, --include-summary, to include a new section in the output breaking down time spent per client/project.

New env file configuration option

Adds option to define, with an environment variable, an alternative location for the env file containing configuration values.

Fixes issues with weekly views

Fixes issues which could be seen in a week view where:

1. 8 days could be included instead of 7
2. If more than 50 entries existed for the week, it would not include all of them
