NDMU_QueryStatus actually expects a daemon name in cmdbuf[1]

Example usage:

ndmDaemonStatus status;
NDMU_QueryStatus(NDM_DAEMON_BOSS, &status);
	
if (status == NDM_DAEMON_STATUS_SUSPENDED) {
	// ...
}
