Thanks @Erethon. I tested it and I confirm it is the only change required to install Postgresql 16 using DebOps. |

Since Postgresql 16 the
vacuum_defer_cleanup_ageconfig option is deprecated, this patch updates the template to take care of that.Partially fixes one of the things mentioned in #2425
