hoping this might make git work in rclone mount, per https://forum.rclone.org/t/i-couldnt-use-git-commands-inside-the-mounted-s3-bucket-on-windows/23007/9 (summary: "upgrade rclone")

current behavior:

(base) jovyan@jjj-jupyter-lab-5cfbc7f4cf-hqhxs:~/work$ git config --global --replace-all core.filemode false
(base) jovyan@jjj-jupyter-lab-5cfbc7f4cf-hqhxs:~/work$ git clone https://dagshub.com/yonomitt/StableDiffusion
Cloning into 'StableDiffusion'...
error: chmod on /home/jovyan/work/StableDiffusion/.git/config.lock failed: Operation not permitted
fatal: could not set 'core.filemode' to 'false'


          bump rclone version to v1.16.1
