Since latest release (v12.0.0) we implemented a lot of new features and did some refactoring. Some changes were kind of breaking changes which are not recognised by just new implemented release-please-action because of wrong commit message schema. This PR is for all the breaking changes since v12.0.0 to enforce a new major release v13.0.0 (generated with gren, based on labels (old way))
