Release 1.2.0 for Lift 3.2

Thanks to @andreagenso - this release switches from the depcreated ga.js to Google Tag Manager. Via #8

Depend on this release like this:

Version 1.1 for Lift 3.0.x (Scala 2.11, 2.12)

This release makes the module available as a non-snapshot build.
