Python2 and ArchCheck support

• Previous pdf_to_text function added back to support python2

Command line interface

A proper command line interface has been implemented with several optional flags to:

• Ignore file extensions in search
• Specify output directory of results
• Specify output file name
• Print version of IQDM
• Turn off recursive search

Most functions now include Doc Strings.
