Proximac v2.0

Since we re-implement the whole kext, Proximac now upgrades to v2.0.
The name of Proximac client is changed from proximac to proximac-cli but usage still remains.
Check log file in /tmp/proximac.log

More features will be added to Proximac, just wait.
