Improved Reloading

• Plugins are now reloaded in a more sensible manner, that is, if you reload 10 classes then the plugin will no longer be reloaded 10 times.
• BungeeCord plugin support is far more reliable due to the fact we now track state instead of mindlessly enabling and disabling the plugins.

Initial Release

Just add this to your existing JRebel installation and bam, you're good to go.
