Also add orgs to user and service page
the create_page event would not trigger on publish and the org field for some reason would be set back to None.
Also add the Maranatha org. This isn't the cleanest approach as the routing is duplicated between the apps. The title of the page also has to be fixed as it's hardcoded to "- Crossroads" at the moment.
