Resolves #95, #92

TODO

  • only show edit controls when applicable
  • UI for reactors
  • modal for editing/creating
  • add resolution flow: resolve -> modal (with note) -> done
  • confirmation modal for delete
  • create pr from chat message
  • verify prayer team permissions
  • keep reacts in sync between chat messages and prayer requests
  • date filtering
  • search bar
  • prayer team tab (shows prayer team for unauth'd, shows pr exclusive for prayer team for prayer team)
  • colour code prayer requests
  • integrate prayer with service
  • replace note with "updates"
