Mapping BackcountrySki to CrossCountrySkiing, instead of DownhillSkiing.

Hi,

short story, when syncing Ski touring activities from Strava to Endomondo they end up as Downhill skiing, which is completely wrong ;-)

This patch fixes that, with the currently available activities in ActivityType type.

However, I wish there was a better distinction between snow skiing sports. The nomenclature is not standardized and differs in different services. I would divide this depending on the equipment used (and this defines terrain type as well):

  1. cross-country skiing (or nordic skiing) - the shoe is fixed only at toes, so the heel can move freely up and down (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cross-country_skiing). Usually groomed surfaces, classical or skate style.
1b. backcountry skiing - a variation of the above, but in steeper (unprepared) terrain. The equipment is heavier, but still the shoe is quite soft, and the heel can't be fixed.
  2. ski touring (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ski_touring) - even heavier equpiment, resembles more the one from alpine skiing (plastic boots). Heel moves for ascent, but can be fixed for descent. Usually done in higher mountains.
  3. alpine skiing - this one is clear, I think.

So I would create at least this: a new ActivityType.BackcountrySki and map it to: "Backcountry Ski" in Strava, "Ski touring" in Endomondo. Not sure about the other services though.

What do you think?

Thanks,
Tomek

I have to agree with trozen moreover they became "Resort Skiing" in Garmin connect and it has nothing to do with "BackcountrySki" or "Ski touring" whatever you intend it them to mean. Please merge this PR
