Munir l’organisation d’un outil de (re)traçage des membres afin de pouvoir cibler les individus à risque en cas d’éclosion.

Contraintes

• 🛂 Restreindre l’accès aux listes aux individus autorisés (ex. entraîneurs, gestionnaires).
• 📡 L’information doit transiter par dispositif sans contact (pas de circulation d’objets matériels pouvant faciliter la propagation d’un virus).
• 📱 L’outil devrait être utilisable principalement sur téléphone portable.
• ♿️ L’outil devrait être accessible à une vaste gamme d’appareils, et pas seulement à ceux de dernière génération.
• 🌳 L’outil devrait être fonctionnel hors ligne, sans une connexion Internet active.
