Thanks for the contribution 🙏 This definitely slipped through.

Implement configure and version file generation similar to what is described in this post
Maintain backward compatibility setting expected variables like QtSOAP_LIBRARY_DIRS, QtSOAP_INCLUDE_DIRS, and QtSOAP_LIBRARIES
