The Multimeter plugin reads a value (usually a voltage or current) from a multimeter connected to a serial bus. The plugin tries /dev/ttyS0 … /dev/ttyS9 in order to find a multimeter – no configuration is possible.

The multimeter used for development was a Metex M-4650CR.
