  • Version of collectd: 5.12.0
  • Operating system/distribution: macOS Monterey 12.6.1 (Intel machine)

Expected behavior

Apple_sensors plugin collects data after being loaded and stores them appropriately.

Actual behavior

Collectd output indicates that the apple_sensors plugin has been loaded but no metrics are collected.

plugin "apple_sensors" successfully loaded.

Steps to reproduce

  • Write LoadPlugin apple_sensors in config file
  • Run collectd
  • Verify that metrics are not collected by the plugin

Thank you for your bug report. Unfortunately, I don't have an environment to actually test this.
I'd be happy to look at a PR to fix this though.
