- Start adding slots
- improve build tasks to move svg sprite sheets to allow access to cfa logo svg - fix issue with /css/img/ to /img/ path for uswds images - figure out JSON in thymeleaf patter (JLeaf) - create uswds footer then create a config specifically for the starter app - update cfa-uswds to latest alpha - remove doc uploader js until we implement it - add uswds accordion - add uswds identifier

We spend several days mobbing on this work. It's close to the holidays and many of our current team are moving to different projects, this PR is not ready to be merged.
